EQT Corporation (EQT) reported production statistics on the seven wells it has drilled to date in the Marcellus Shale.
The company said that its 30 day average initial production rate was 7.0 million cubic feet equivalent per day, ranging from 2.7 to 15.8 mcfe per day.
The company’s last two wells in Greene County were among the most productive Marcellus Shale wells drilled to date:
Well 170 – 30 day average production 15.8 million cubic feet equivalent per day.
Well 167 – 30 day average production 14.3 million cubic feet equivalent per day.
