Chesapeake Energy Reports Three Marcellus Shale Completions

Chesapeake Energy released the results of three recent well completions on its properties in the Marcellus Shale. (24-hour peak rates)

White 2H – Susquehanna County, Pennsylvania – 8.7 million cubic feet

White 5H – Susquehanna County, Pennsylvania – 8.7 million cubic feet

Benscoter 3H – Susquehanna County, Pennsylvania – 8.4 million cubic feet

In 2010, Chesapeake Energy plans on increasing its rig count to an average of 32, and drill 175 net wells in the Marcellus Shale.
