Swift Energy (SFY) issued an operational update for the third quarter of 2010 on its operations in the Eagle Ford Shale in Texas. The company reported three well completions into the Eagle Ford Shale.
The Quintanilla Me-You 1-H well was completed with a twelve stage hydraulic fracturing operation and had an initial production rate of 494 barrels of oil per day and 1.3 million cubic feet per day of natural gas.
The Discher 1-H well was completed with a fourteen stage hydraulic fracturing operation and had an initial production rate of 448 barrels of oil per day and 1.6 million cubic feet per day of natural gas.
The PCQ 4-H well was completed with a thirteen stage hydraulic fracturing operation and had an initial production rate of 528 barrels of oil per day and 1.9 million cubic feet per day of natural gas.
Swift Energy said that the PCQ 2-H and PCQ 3-H wells were also drilled and are waiting on completion.
