Northern Oil and Gas (NOG) reported earnings for the fourth quarter of 2009 and updated its operational activity in the Bakken Shale in North Dakota and Montana.
The company reported the results of six recent wells drilled on its acreage in the Bakken Shale. The well names, number of fracturing stages, initial production and 20-day average production rates are as follows:

Ripper 1-22H - 18 frac stages - 2,369 BOE - 975 20 day average BOE
Minx 1-29H - 18 frac stages - 1,475 BOE - 923 20 day average BOE
Fox 1-28H - 18 frac stages - 1,819 BOE - 1,139 20 day average BOE
